Refund and Returns Policy

At Crème Loungewear, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

Return Period

You have 21 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

Eligibility

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all original tags still attached.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Altered or tailored items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items that have been washed, worn and without attached tags are not eligible for return.
  • Items marked as Final Sale cannot be refunded, exchanged, or credited.

Contact our customer support team at support@cremeloungewear.com to initiate your return.

We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Returns are free of charge. 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within [5-10] business days. Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are also covered.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
